These Terms of Service govern your use of the Anaya Silver website and services. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All services provided by Anaya Silver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Anaya Silver is an online jewellery brand offering products crafted primarily from certified 92.5 sterling silver and other precious materials. All product listings, prices, descriptions, and offers on our website are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at our discretion.

Product Information

All Anaya Silver jewellery is made using certified 92.5 sterling silver and is accompanied by an authenticity certificate.

While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Lighting conditions during photography

  • Screen or display differences

  • Handcrafted production variations

Product dimensions and weights are approximate and provided for reference only.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes

Anaya Silver reserves the right to change prices, discounts, or promotional offers at any time. In case of pricing, listing, or typographical errors, we reserve the right to cancel or refund the affected order after notifying the customer.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Standard delivery timelines across India are 3–5 working days after dispatch. Tracking details are shared via email or SMS once the order is shipped.

Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. However, we will provide reasonable assistance wherever possible.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for most serviceable pin codes within India.

Customers must ensure full payment at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in temporary or permanent removal of COD privileges at Anaya Silver’s discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Anaya Silver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or misuse of our products

  • Website downtime or technical issues

  • Delivery delays beyond our control

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Anaya Silver website, including logos, brand names, text, images, graphics, and product designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of Anaya Silver.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Gift Orders & Personalisation

Anaya Silver offers personalised services including:

  • Gift wrapping

  • Custom notes

  • Photo inserts

  • Engraving or custom designs

Orders containing personalisation cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed. All customisation requests are subject to design feasibility and production timelines.

Care & Maintenance

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewellery:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals

  • Store jewellery in the provided Anaya Silver pouch

  • Clean using a soft silver polishing cloth only

Anaya Silver is not responsible for tarnishing or damage caused by improper care, storage, or environmental exposure.

Returns, Replacements & Exchanges

Anaya Silver accepts returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Transit damage (must be reported immediately)

Personalised, engraved, or gift-wrapped items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless found defective.

Eligible items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging within 3 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements are processed only after successful quality inspection.
