Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Anaya Silver accepts returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received an incorrect product

  • The jewellery has a manufacturing defect

  • The product was damaged during transit

If any of the above apply, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return or replacement. Requests raised after this period will not be entertained.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless found defective:

  • Personalised or custom-made jewellery (including engraved name pieces)

  • Gift-wrapped or customised orders with personal notes or photos

  • E-Gift Cards and digital products

These items are made or packaged specifically for you and cannot be resold.


3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • All tags, certificates, jewellery pouches, and invoices must be included

Items showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, polishing, or tampering will be rejected.


4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  • Email us at support@anayasilver.com or

  • WhatsApp us at 8368061058

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Clear photos or videos (mandatory for damaged or defective items)

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share return instructions.


5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method

  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer after verification

Original shipping fees and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed only after the original product is received and verified

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value


7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Record clear unboxing photos or videos before opening the parcel

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp

After verification, a replacement or refund will be issued at no extra cost.


8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled

  • Personalised or custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once production has started


9. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Anaya Silver bears the return shipping cost for approved damaged or incorrect items

  • For other eligible returns, a return handling fee may be deducted based on the order

  • Returns must be shipped using our approved courier partner only


10. Quality Promise

Every Anaya Silver piece is crafted using certified 92.5 sterling silver and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.

If your jewellery arrives less than perfect, we will take responsibility and make it right.
